Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The clock has arrived in 3 weeks after its purchase, it is the same as in the description, very elegant. Quality-price, very good. The one I put on it is that it has only 2 types of screens as a clock. And that when receiving and/or sending notifications, it vibrates too many times. Insist on the notice, until you read the notifications. If there's any signature to fix it, I 'd appreciate it if you 'd let me know.

With the phone well synchronized, although I could not manage them. Of the minuses that while I noticed an uncomfortable strap, I will need to test new holes and most likely shorten it. It is controlled only in one place, the button at the bottom of the screen, the pulse itself and the pressure constantly does not meriet, we have to do this every time. Arrived about when it was due. Only two clock faces but that's all there is in the pictures too. I'm not sure how accurate the step counter is and I've not used many of the other functions. I think the associated app is very clunky and seems to need an awful lot of permissions - not sure why. The clock tends to run slow if you don't link to the app on occasion. A tiny part has fallen off one of the straps making it hard to remove it from the body of the watch. I mainly use it as a light up clock in bed at night and it's fine for this and doesn't need to be charged much on this light usage, so overall I'm fairly happy.
